Description: SRB Dental is at present looking to employ Dental Receptionist right now, this career will be placed in England. Located in East London, this established Dental Practice is seeking to engage an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will also be a GDC registered nurse who is willing to provide assistance during holidays and sickness.
Candidates must be extremely presentable with an excellent telephone manner, highly organised as this is a busy practice, possess fantastic customer service skills and be a good team player. The practice is fully computerised and knowledge of SOE would be beneficial.
Duties include:-
- Providing an excellent first point of contact for visiting patients
- Answering the telephone in a polite and helpful manner
- Maintain and update a computerised diary
- Ensure that the correct documentation is maintained for each patient
- Responsible for taking payments
- Ensuring that the front of house is kept neat and tidy
- Undertaking administrative duties
