We are looking for a highly motivated, team player to work with the 5-19ys services to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.
Duties will mainly include school based immunisations and health assessments.
Previous experience of working with school aged children and immunisations is desirable but not essential.
The post holder must be flexible and able to travel between various sites across the Doncaster district.
