Nurse Case Manager

Description: AXA is presently looking of Nurse Case Manager right now, this position will be placed in England. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below. We are looking for an experienced General or Psychiatric Nurse to join our ever growing clinical services department, based in our offices in Tunbridge Wells. You will be using your nursing experience in an offi! ce environment, talking to our members over the telephone and helping them through their claims for Private Medical Insurance. The role The role is very varied and like a hospital, you will never know what case will come in next. There is lots of research involved, as the team deal with all types of medical, surgical and psychiatric patients. So if you are keen to broaden your knowledge and keep abreast of medical advances, this is a great opportunity for you.
As part of the clinical centre team you will deliver effective claims cost management through clinical expertise and proactive case management by working with hospitals and consultants on high cost and complex cases, whilst supporting our members, customer service, and sales. You will be encouraged to develop and maintain your nursing knowledge to provide consistently high quality case management.

You will need to have:
- Current RGN/RMN nursing registration with NMC
- Clinical Nursing Experience
- Excellent written skills
- A great telephone manner
- Think creatively and autonomously
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Good PC Skills
