About The Role

The Operations Coordinator will report to the Duty Manager and ensure the best use of resource across both the PRM and Airside Coaching operation maximising efficiencies and minimising and delays or service failures.

The Operations Despatcher will report to the Duty Manager and ensure the best use of resource across both the PRM and Airside Coaching operation maximising efficiencies and minimising and delays or service failures.

Main Duties:.

To allocate resources to ensure best endeavours to maintain Service level agreements.

Organise and dispatch resources to the operation when required and ensure the smooth operation of the shift.

Liaise with gate staff and airlines with regards to the Passenger Service operation.

Liaise with the Duty Manager on shift to overcome any issues which arise.

Work well under pressure

To lead and organise the movement of staff and vehicles in a timely and safe manner.

To undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by your immediate manager or other company representatives.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Must be able to obtain an airside pass.

Previous experience of Airside operations at an airport is strongly desired.

Previous customer service experience is essential as is demonstrable people supervisory skills

IT literate
