Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team out of new warehouse in Westfield, Radstock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouses and storage facilities
- Taking delivery of goods for storage
- Checking for damaged or missing items
- Moving stock by hand or with machines
- De-stuffing containers
- Loading / unloading trailers either for deliveries or collections
- Cleaning the warehouse
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting
- Able to work as part of a team and alone
- Capability to report correct information to colleagues
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Entry level FLT not mandatory but beneficial
Benefits:
- After 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years’ service up to a maximum of 3 days.
