We are looking for a CCC Commercial and Logistics Support Team Leader who will be leading the team to manage various commercial and logistics inquiries coming from distributors, key accounts, end-users and internal employees.
You will be..
- Leading all people management activities including the coaching program, trainings, and salary reviews.
- Responsible for MySchneider order experience platform and digital tools. Request and coordinate enhancements to secure customer satisfaction, take actions to increase digital order lines and inquiries on MySchneider.
- Handling customer complaints regarding order entry, procurement, delivery, invoicing and return processes.
- Reporting of order and inquiry related figures; close monitoring of customer experience, growth, efficiency, people and process KPI’s.
- Managing digital channels and responsible of digital.
You will be perfect fit if you have..
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
- Advanced in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills
