An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our existing dedicated friendly team of staff within the Outpatients Department.

We are looking for Registered Nurses who are enthusiastic, can demonstrate effective communication skills, with significant years post qualification. Experience within an Outpatient setting would be advantageous.

The posts will involve working within a wide variety of specialities including ENT, Dermatology including Minor Surgery, Urology & Orthopaedic clinics etc.

The post holders may be required to work across both Whiston and St Helens sites and must be flexible in working between the hours of 0800-2100, Monday-Friday and Weekends and Bank Holidays as required.

The Trust has a combined bed capacity of approximatel y 875 beds at Whiston and St Helens hospitals and provides a full range of acute in-patient, out-patient, day case and emergency services to the local communities of St Helens, Knowsley, Halton and Liverpool, extending to Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales and the Isle of Man with the Regional Plastic Surgery and Burns Unit.

The Trust has excellent management, robust systems and innovative processes; all of which have underpinned a period of sustained and improved performance as it moves towards Foundation Trust status.

These posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS (with barred list for vulnerable adults and children) disclosure.
