Well Travelled Clinics is a subsidiary company of the world-renowned Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) and is a dedicat ed travel health specialist clinic, providing pre and post-travel assessment, advice, vaccinations, medication and treatment.

Details of the post: -

We are looking for a part-time Travel Health Advisor to work flexibly across our Liverpool and Chester clinics. This will involve working 25 hours per week Monday-Saturday, to fit the needs of the clinic. This will involve being part of rota for clinics on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

You will be responsible for carrying out individualised risk assessments to travellers, providing up to date, evidence-based information, advice and education to clients of the travel clinic and assisting with the maintenance of quality standards within the clinic.

You will be a Registered Nurse, with at least one year’s post registration experience. Some experience of giving injections is essential, and immunisation experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.

Exc ellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people and explain information simply is required. You should have an understanding of and a commitment to providing high standards of client care.
