The Role
The General Manager is responsible for:
Care Delivery - ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to each resident within the community.
Sales Leadership - to ensure delivery of revenue streams, leveraged through execution of the companies proven sales methodology. This encompasses maximisation of occupancy levels, rate and inventory management.
Financial Management - to ensure the effective delivery of the profit and loss account. This coupled with annual budget planning of both operating and capital investment requirements is key.
Customer Service - to ensure the community meets all external regulatory obligations whilst achieving internal auditory requirements.
Building Effective Teams - to ensure continuous team improvement, leveraged through regular performance reviews! , team development and succession planning.
The Candidate !
General management experience, ideally in a Healthcare setting.
Experience of managing large teams of people.
Experience of of succesfully implementing a sales & marketing strategy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong planning, negotiation and organisational skills.
Good communication skills.
Commercial awareness.
Previous experience of embracing and facilitating change
