Our client is looking for a qualified Registered General Nurse to work in their medium size care home in Huddersfield.
An understanding of the elderly and their needs is desirable and ! the successful RGN will have the ability to manage the staff team throughout the shift as well as lead the team in staff training, development and standards of care.
The successful candidate will need to ensure that they are customer focused to ensure that the highest levels of care are provided and you will need to work in adherence to the national CQC standards and guidelines. You will be responsible for leading the team whilst on shift, administering prescribed medication, and writing and implement care plans, conducting accurate risk assessments, ensuring that all information is recorded correctly as well as all other general nursing duties.
The successful candidate must be a Registered General Nurse and have a current NMC Pin number
