Milestones Trust provides care and support to people with learning disabilities! and mental health needs. We are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for care, to support the invaluable work we do.
We are seeking to recruit a team of highly motivated staff for an exciting new Recovery Pathway Service based in Weston Super Mare.

Do you hold the relevant experience and qualifications to provide person centred support?
If you believe you have what it takes to enable up to eleven people with mental health needs to maintain their independence, experience improved well-being, enjoy opportunities, and be included in their communities then we would like to hear from you.
You will have a good understanding of mental health needs and recovery principles, with the ability to develop outcome focused support plans and Wellness Recovery Action Plans. You must have excellent values and be! able to work positively with all stakeholders. A solutions fo! cused approach is required to provide direct support to service users and their families as part of your role. A relevant nursing qualification is essential (RMN) along with supervisory experience.
