Swim Nursing Team are looking to recruit a Service Lead within a new Integrated Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Home Oxygen Assessment Service. T! his is a Full-time permanent position at NHS Band 7 equivalent. Our client is an international provider of Respiratory Healthcare Services and you will immediately become a member of their successful, growing Homecare team and part of a network of clinical specialists delivering services across the UK. The employer offers an attractive salary and benefits package, plus excellent development opportunities Your job will be to manage the day to day running of the Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Home Oxygen Assessment Service, whilst ensuring improved patient outcomes through providing Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Home Oxygen Assessment & Review and Community-based Respiratory support to patients.
You must have the following: • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration • ENB 998 or equivalent (teaching and assessing in Clinical Practice post graduate module) • COPD respiratory diploma or other recognised respiratory course • Proven experience wi! thin a medical setting at senior band 6 or above • Recent ex! perience of working with respiratory patients within primary/secondary care and the ability to transfer these skills to the appropriate setting • Clinical knowledge in respiratory patient assessment and care • Experience of the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions • Experience of supervising staff/students • A full UK driving licence and a car are required for this role Swim can offer you: • Excellent and highly competitive rates of pay • A range of positions throughout the UK, many exclusive to Swim • Guidance and advice on CVs/Interview techniques/ working through an agency • Support from an experienced, dedicated and friendly consultants • Temporary and permanent
