Description: Team 24 Ltd is employing General Nurse - nursing home role - Middlesex right now, this position will be placed in England. A General Nurse is required for this permanent, full time position in a Nursing Home in Middlesex, by Walton-upon-Thames. The home is a comfortable and homely ! facility with an excellent management history. A standard hourly rate of £13.00 is available, with a 36 hour week of three 12 hour shifts (mixed days and nights).

In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure residents receive the correct level of personal care and within a reasonable time. You will work to create a homely environment enabling residents to live a life as normal, healthy and comfortable as possible. Further key points include:

• To assist with development and/or rehabilitation of residents daily activities and lifestyle
• Undertake the nursing care and treatment of residents as assessed by GP/Matron/Community Nurse/District Nurse
• Ensure care plans are clearly, accurately written and up-to-date
• Discuss with management any practical Changes you may wish to make to routines/procedures with reasons for
