Supporting the Home Manager, and stepping up into their role in their absence, this is a vital position in the daily and long-term operation of Riverside Care home.

Key Responsibilities
You will help to implement new ideas and strategies, as well as oversee every aspect of all activities. Your support will ext! end to the care team, and you will ensure that they are confid! ent and happy in their work, and are receiving the training that they need to perform at their best.
Skills & Experience
Substantial experience in a similar leadership role will be key, alongside a background in managing a multi-disciplinary team. Strong communication skills will be important and you will need to mirror our own commitment to supporting employees in their professional development. Applicants should be a qualified experienced nurse.
Qualifications
Experienced RGN or RMN Nurse

Riverside is a modern, purpose-built care home located on the outskirts of Hyde in Cheshire providing support for older people including specialist nursing and dementia care.
Our highly skilled team has a great deal of experience in meeting the individual care needs of residents, including people with Alzheimerâs and other forms of dementia. We work closely with residents and their families to create ! personalised care plans and develop engaging activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
