An opportunity has arisen to join the team on our Acute Medical Unit in the newly created role of Coordinator Assistant.
Some clerical/administration and keyboard skills would be an advantage, as would some general office experience.
It is important to have an organised approach. You should enjoy meeting a wide variety of people and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks, which means no day is the same.
Working within the team on the Acute Medical Unit you will be responsible for providing timely information on admissions, discharges and transfers as well as supporting the nursing staff with clerical duties and may provide general information relating to patient care and administration support for the unit.
These roles will involve covering the unit from 16.30 â€" 00.30 seven days a week on a rota basis and will include working on some public holidays.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
