An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Registered General Nurses to join an expanding nursing home in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will assist the Care Manager/Deputy with professional duties and will be responsible for care/nursing duties within the home ultimately contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to their Service Users.
The Nursing Home is conveniently situated within walking distance of the town of Knebworth and Woolmer Green, close to the mainline railway station and on a direct bus route. It i! s a purpose built, single storey care home set within its own ! mature grounds.
The Nursing Home offers an excellent service for both nursing and residential care. All rooms are single with en-suite facilities, TV points, nurse call system and fire alarm system. Residents can enjoy a spacious conservatory, choice of comfortable lounges and a dining room. There is also a central courtyard with ornamental fishpond. Additional services include hairdressing, aromatherapy, social outings, Church services and a varied activities programme.
An ideal Registered General Nurse will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Be highly motivated, dynamic, and have excellent leadership and communication skills and be a team player.
