You will work across Merck Serono’s entire product portfolio answering enquiries from pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, patients and internal customers.
With a confident, friendly phone manner you will have excellent attention to detail, good medical writing ski! lls, and the ability to meet very tight deadlines. The goal is to provide the right information to customers to help them to use our products appropriately. The department receives approx 400 enquiries per month.
Writing standard responses to commonly asked questions
Advising product teams of the potential impact of data to our business
Developing key clinical data summaries for field-based teams
Code compliance (technical) review of promotional and non-promotional material and activities
Experience
You will have a pharmacy or life sciences degree and have some previous experience in a similar role
