The Deputy Manager will assist the registered Manager in delivering a service to those needing an admission to a mental health Recovery service on a residential basis.
The successful candidate will need to hold 2 qualifications. One will be a qualification linked to Mental Health Working/ Registered Nurse or alternative level 3 or above. The second qualification will need to be a leadership and management qualification at Level 3 o! r above.
You will also be expected to have at least 2 year! s experience as a team leader or manager within recovery/ crisis support.
The role will encompass leading a motivated team and provide direction, training and guidance for best practice within the home.
You will also co-ordinate a team to liaise with local authorities, social care and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
