Important Other Information

On a Barchester Apprenticeship you'll receive the standard apprenticeship wage as a minimum to begin with.

To ensure that our residents feel right at home, we all work varied shifts to ensure the best possible care is delivered, so you'll work a variety of shifts depending on what area you're working in.

Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government. Training for Apprenticeships for 19 to 24 year olds is part funded, with employers expected to make a contribution. Funding for apprentices aged 25 is very limited and employers are expected to make a part or full contribution
