The post holder will have some experience in looking after a group of patients with a variety of needs, be confident in managing their own work load, and be able to communicate with the wider multidisciplinary ! and administrative teams.
Self motivation to learn is also important if you are interested in this role. You will be supported to develop the competencies required for your role, with an opportunity to study for a BSc (hons) Cancer Care at The Royal Marsden Hospital school of Cancer Nursing and Rehabilitation on site at Chelsea and also attend the Nurses New to Cancer Care Programme.
