Peripatetic Clinical Support Manager / RN (Registered Nurse)
This is essentially a ! regional role providing support to our Care Homes wherever the Regional Operations Team identify that there is a critical clinical concern.
Your role will be to tailor clinical support to the required needs of each home to achieve maximum performance in all aspects of Care and Quality against required clinical standards and within the desired organisational culture.
Ideally you will thrive on variety, love a challenge and be a real problem-solver. The abilities to build relationships and effect change tactfully are essential.
Am I the right person to work for Barchester?
You will be a qualified Nurse with current NMC registration. You will have a proven track record at operating within the care home setting and within a senior clinical post. You will need to be an innovative thinker with highly developed leadership and training skills. You will also need practical experience of providing high quality care including supervising drug rounds! ; knowledge of Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines is essential.
This role is to cover the East of England and Midlands - including Suffolk, Norfolk, East & West Midlands.
Car Driver essential for this role - may include you to be away from home overnight.
