We are looking to recruit a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse to join an experienced Nursing team wi! thin a leading private hospital in London. You will be working within HDU providing high quality patient care to all patients.
The post holder will support and deputise for the HDU Manager in the management of HDU working towards development and maintaining a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direct supervision. In conjunction with the HDU Manager and other members of the HDU team, set, monitor and maintain agreed standards of nursing care and assist the HDU Manager in ensuring that all aspects of National Guidelines and Care Standards are met within HDU.
It is essential that you are a qualified RGN and have your; ENB 998 or equivalent, evident of CPD and your ILS Certificate. Your ALS Certificate and or ITU/HDU course evidence would be desirable but not essential.
