Important Other Information

This is UNPAID work experience.

You will be required to attend for 30 hours each week. You will also be required to attend off the job training sessions organised by Barchester

The 30 hrs per week is inclusive of the 'off the job' training skills we have planned for the applicant, which (where required) can include Math, English and Employability SKills.

This traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is work preparation training, English! and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.

Are you eligible ??

1 Are you currently not in a job and have little Work Experience

2 Are you aged 16-18 and qualified below Level 3 (2 x A levels) or 19 to 23 and not yet achieved a Level 2 (5 GCSE’s at grade A-C including maths and english)

3 Think you could be ready for employment or an apprenticeship within 6 months

The programme duration is reduced for eligible candidates who are in receipt of JSA to a maximum of 8 weeks Work Experience and 16hrs off the job training each week.
