Ealing Hospital NHS Trust Integrated Care Organisation was established on 1st April 2011 when Ealing, Brent & Harrow Community Services joined with Ealing Hospital. The aim of the new organisation is to provide first class healthcare by integrating types of care formerly offered across separate acute/ community organisations.

We serve an exciting group of multicultural communities totaling 825,000 people within the boundaries of Ealing, Brent & Harrow.

Our 3500 dedicated staff are the Trust's most important as! set and to meet our values we provide excellent training, deve! lopment and support to enable our staff to meet the high standards of healthcare that the residents of Brent, Ealing and Harrow expect and deserve.

We are opening two new wards this winter at Willesden Centre for Health and Care. We are supporting early patient discharge and complex Delay Transfers of Care (DTOC) patients from North West London Hospitals NHS Trust for an anticipated 4-month period. The new wards would facilitate a co-located, integrated team managed by the NHS, Social Services and Housing Departments. The wards will be accommodating general rehabilitation and DTOCs patients.

This is an exciting opportunity for nursing professionals wishing to develop new clinical skills and knowledge whilst consolidating any previous experience in order to become a highly skilled practitioner. If you are an ambitious, highly motivated, caring and hardworking individual with excellent communication and organisational skills and above all else, have a commit! ment to make a real difference to all patients then we would welcome your application.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, providing care and rehabilitation for adults. During the winter period we require additional staff nurses to support the existing team in delivering care and rehabilitation on the wards.

Applicants should have:
• A current NMC registration
• Will have a desire to work in a rehab setting as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
• A commitment to learning and developing your skills.
