We are seeking Staff Nurses to work within the busy combined ITU/HDU at! Maidstone Hospital.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are able to demonstrate strong clinical skills and who are keen to develop professionally. You should have at least 6 months acute general ward experience ideally within a critical care environment, however, a full competency induction and on-going education and training programme will be provided by the Unit Education team.

The successful candidate will be expected to attend the TrustÂ's Clinical Induction Programme for Staff Nurses (which starts on the first day of employment). The programme is full-time, lasts for two weeks and will involve travelling to all three Trust sites. There maybe supervision within the early and late shift, all other days of the ind! uction programme run from 9am to 5pm.
