Job description -
We require an experienced,efficient, well organised RGN, who works wells on own initiative , as a team leader and also part of a team, has a sense of humour, is tactful and responds positively to pressure.
Sensitively caring for patients, respecting their dignity at all times.
Communicating with resident's & relatives in a firm but sympathetic manner.
Managing administration workload efficiently and reliably.
Managing a team of carers & duties on shifts.
Fully up to date with mandatory training also wound care training, syringe training, bowel training, End of life training.
