Our client has a job vacancy for a Registered Mental Health Nurs! e to work within Adult and Adolescent Services based in South Yorkshire. This is a full time position and the pay rate for this role is £24,000 - 28,000 per annum.
Duties
- Completing records showing the accurate amount of treatment, care planning, delivery and evaluation for patients.
- Ensuring every service users’ daily plan is followed.
- Meeting the needs of all patients.
- Planning, assessing and evaluating care programmes.
- Carrying out return to work interviews when necessary.
- Handling medicines correctly when storing and administering them.
- Ensuring prescriptions are up to date and correct.
- Reviewing incidents.
- All applicants must have a RMN qualification and a valid NMC Pin.
- A minimum of 1 years post qualifying experience working with adults and/or adolescents in a secure setting.
