My client is a highly regarded organisation and they are looking for a confident and experienced community nurse to join their expanding team.
Community Nurse - Adults - RGN - up to £31,000 â€" Leeds
You will be a highly skilled and experienced nurse (RGN) based in or around the Leeds area.
You will work a skilled member of the team and carry out holistic nursing care in the home care environment.

The role includes:
- Delivery of quality care
- Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice g! uidelines
- Ensure medicines are appropriately received! , stored and administered
- Current registration with the NMC and have a legal right to work in the UK
- Experience in a community setting
- Experience within complex care (HDU/ICU/Ventilated patients)
- A full UK driving license

Rate: £29000 - £31000 per annum
