The Role based in Somerset requires a Senior Care or Deputy Manager to assist the management team in the runni! ng of this home.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience as a Senior / Deputy

Reporting to the Management Team, your main duties will include leading and co-ordinating the nursing service. You will run the home as and when required, responding flexibly to the needs of our residents, monitoring your team and working with other care professionals and, of course, their families.

The Benefits for this Full time role, include NVQ training, overtime enhancements, free uniform, pension scheme and a full induction programme, and an annual salary of up to £14883k pa.

Essential qualifications for the role: -
NVQ3 or Higher and be willing to work towards NVQ5

Satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Authorisation to work in the EEC.
To provide 2 employment references
An understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
