Following extensive re! development within our Prinsted Home located in Southbourne we are now recruiting for the following positions:
Springfield Care Homes deliver the highest standard of care to our residents, specialising in long term nursing and dementia care, the homes provide a warm and comfortable environment, and work closely with the local community
Health Care Assistants (Days, Nights, Twilight shifts)
Providing the highest standards of personal care within an environment in which residents are encouraged to retain independence, individuality and self-respect. Ideally you will have previous experience, be friendly and personable, familiar with relevant paperwork and work well as part of a small team
Registered Nurse (Nights)
Taking responsibility for professionally leading the care team during any allotted span of duty, having responsibility for clinical work and ensuring an effective, efficient care service is maintained which meets the need! s of the residents
You will assess resident's needs a! nd provide personalised care
The successful candidates will be fully registered and qualified with experience within the sector
Weekend Receptionist Working on our busy reception desk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the home in person or on the phone
There will be some administrative responsibility supporting our small office team, so you should be IT literate
We offer on-going training and development and opportunities to progress within the Company
We are open 365 days of the year with some weekend and bank holiday working will be required
