The Roles - Field Technical Support & Medical Training Specialist (Medical Equipment Training & Servicing Advisor)

Following expansion, they seek to recruit three customer focused and technically motivated Field Technical Support & Medical Training Specialists, responsible for a wide range of customer support and training functions within this organisations technical support and field service departments.

Following a comprehensive training programme, the successful candidates will be responsible for adding value to this organisations existing service portfolio by empowering customers to maximise their medical equipment up-time.

Principal duties include the provision of customer training at customer sites within the assigned territories. By reviewing a range of customer metrics, the successful applicants will create detailed action plans to enhance the availability of customer knowledge and medical equipment uptime. Additional duties include customer asset analysis, equipment performance assessments in line with design specification, the management of direct customer feedback and the ongoing development of relationships with Biomedical Engineering departments.

To be considered for these exciting roles, you must be able to demonstrate a strong background working in a customer facing environment. Applications are welcome from individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including healthcare / clinical professionals (doctors or nurses), technical trainers, application specialists, sales support specialists, sales engineers, field service engineers and biomedical engineers or medical service engineers.

You must have impeccable customer service skills and confident in customer facing environments.
