A Deputy Manager is currently sought for a medium sized, nursing home. This home provides nursing and social care for frail elderly, including those suffering from Dementia. The home has an excellent reputation and is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must have Dementia experience, and be a confident and strong leader. You must be able to lead by example and thrive on managing a staff team successfully. You must be RGN qualified, with a valid NMC Pin number, and previous management experience at a Supervisory level. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
